"Will host its annual Tapas on the Trails event on February 15 — “Food and nature? Talk about two great tastes that taste great together.” The menu is by Cotton Culinary out of Lake Charles, Louisiana; Kelly Prohl of Double Decanted; and Lennie Ambrose of Saint Arnold Brewing Company. The event includes five stations with food-and-wine pairings, including porcini mushroom “beggars’ purse,” blackened shrimp deviled eggs, stuffed cabbage rolls, a Mexican shaved street taco, rhubarb and star anise sorbet, and raspberry sopaipilla cheesecake.
