"I'm excited that popular pasta purveyor North Italia is set to open its first Tennessee location on Wednesday, August 28 as part of the recent redevelopment of The Mall at Green Hills in a 7,000-square-foot space. The Arizona export from Fox Restaurant Concepts brings its menu of small plates, pizzas, and pastas — including grilled artichokes, soppressata-studded pizzas, Bolognese-lacquered pasta, and a short rib radiatori with Parmesan cream, fresh horseradish, wilted arugula and herbed breadcrumbs — plus a rotating chef’s daily pizza. At the bar they'll offer cocktails like the Quiet Italian Gentleman (Bulleit rye whiskey, Carpano Antica, Campari, and amaretto), and a selection of classic Italian desserts wraps up the menu; there’s also a kids’ menu with basics from spaghetti to grilled cheese. With nearly 20 locations across the country and a seal of approval from Drake, North Italia will serve lunch, dinner, weekday happy hour and weekend brunch once open, and is currently hiring for all positions." - Delia Jo Ramsey
