"Golden Bird Chicken, originally launched in Los Angeles in 1953, has opened a new location in Las Vegas. Known for its seasoned fried chicken marinated for 48 hours and dipped in a wet batter before frying, the restaurant offers various chicken selections and sides. The new venue replaces a previously occupied standalone counter-service restaurant near the intersection of Desert Inn and Pecos Road.
