"Channel your inner creative during the cherry blossom paint & sip experience ($75 per guest) on March 22 and April 5 at Moonraker, the hotel’s upscale Japanese rooftop lounge overlooking the lush Tidal Basin. Drinks and bites include the Maryland crab roll, tempura cauliflower with gochujang tare and roasted cashews, the Full Bloom (sakura-infused tequila, Umeshu Hakatsuru, yuzu curacao, ginger, mint, lime, club soda), and others. Downstairs on the first floor, a boozy afternoon tea runs on Saturdays (March 1-April 30) between 12-4 p.m. for $80 per person. Cocktails include the Hibiscus Hana, a black tea mixed with Haku vodka, Roku gin, St. Germain with hints of orange bitters and lemon and the Sakesso Serenade with Tozai plum sake, sakura tea, bitters blend, and lemon.
