Chef Jürgen Denk knows what he’s doing with local specialties like venison terrine, cheese spätzle, and Vorarlberg ravioli, but you can’t really go wrong when you’re working with ingredients sourced within 80 kilometers, veal and beef from family butcheries Stiegeler and Hillbrand, and local beer and juice from nearby Lake Constance.
