"The New Years Eve dinner will feature a four-course tasting menu from chef de cuisine Adam Rios, including a vegetarian option, and will be available from 4 p.m. to 11 p.m. An additional wine pairing will be available. From 9 p.m. to 1 a.m., a live jazz band will perform, accompanied by hors d’oeuvres and a complimentary Champagne toast to ring in the new year. The tasting menu is priced at $125 per person and will be available for dinner only. The vegetarian tasting menu is priced at $100 per person. The wine pairing is priced at $50 or $100.
