"A Curio Collection by Hilton property owned by Lennox Capital Partners confirmed it is ending its partnership with chef John Tesar and the in-house steak restaurant as of March 28, 2025. Hotel representatives have said the current restaurant will operate under its existing name until August 31, 2025 without the chef, after which the venue will be relaunched under new leadership with a new name, design, and menu. The property had planned a temporary closure and remodel to support a Michelin push and to accommodate a major restaurant renovation, plans that have been altered by the partnership change." - Courtney E.
