"Dumpling Kitchen reopens with new owners. Fans of the Outer Sunset’s Dumpling Kitchen were sad to learn that its owners were planning to retire, and close the restaurant in February. But now they can turn those frowns upside down: It’s open once more under new ownership, and with a fresh remodel (now there is a window to let diners view the dumpling making process). The menu closely resembles the original, with XLB, pan-fried dumplings, scallion pancakes, and all the rest.
