"Komo, a decidedly non-traditional Japanese restaurant that debuted in fall 2021, offers a seven-course meal blending conventions of kaiseki with omakase, including dishes such as chawanmushi with burgundy truffles and sea urchin, A5 wagyu beef, lobster croquettes with Japanese curry, miso black cod, and grilled lamb chops. The venue is designed to evoke a mature dining experience with a Carrara marble bar, teal booths, whitewashed brick walls, and cherry blossom trees.
