"The resort’s renamed pool opens for hotel guests on Saturday, March 6 and operates daily as a daytime pool (9 a.m.–5 p.m.) with an adjoining bar open 11 a.m.–5 p.m.; the offering focuses on frozen cocktails, wine and beer plus a compact menu that includes Buffalo chicken wings served with ranch or blue cheese, a California wrap made with crispy chicken, pepper jack, shredded lettuce, avocado, ranch and tomato, and a breakfast burrito with bacon, eggs, pico de gallo, potatoes and salsa. Signature cocktails highlighted are a frozen Miami Vice (Malibu Coconut rum, Sammy’s Beach Bar rum and piña colada and strawberry mix), the Cannon Ball (Skrewball peanut butter whiskey, Bacardi Superior rum, pineapple juice, orange juice and coconut purée) and an Electric Lemonade (Absolut Citron vodka, blue Curaçao, Sierra Mist and sweet-and-sour mix)." - Susan Stapleton
