"Set to debut on October 18 on the second floor of Henderson’s Lifeguard Arena, this casual American, sports-focused restaurant—operated by Vegas Golden Knights owner Bill Foley’s Glacier Restaurant Group (which has run the brand since 2017)—is designed as a fan rallying point. A seating area looks directly onto the practice rink for the Henderson Silver Knights, while a large central bar, multiple TVs, high-top tables, an industrial-style ceiling hung with sporting memorabilia, and a patio with downtown Henderson views create a lively game-day atmosphere. Full hours are still to be announced, but a Monday–Friday happy hour (3–6 p.m.) will offer 75-cent wings, $3 domestic pints and deals on wine, craft beer and well drinks plus weekday food specials; the brand’s Summerlin location remains open daily from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. The extensive menu leans pub-forward with appetizers such as wings, nachos and a house favorite called black and blue bites (bleu cheese crumbles with sirloin), along with pizzas, flatbreads, burgers, sandwiches, pastas and classics like fish and chips, meatloaf and Baja fish tacos." - Bradley Martin
