"Bar/restaurant Mesu is split into a Mexican side and a sushi side. There’s carnitas nachos, chicken wing tacos, corn covered in ranch and cotija, a dunk confit spring roll, a tuna poke tower, a lobster ragoon roll, and more. The only crossovers seem to be the miso honey glaze on the boneless wings used in the tacos and the carnitas in the shoyu pork roll." - Erin Perkins
