"A 47-passenger tiki-tour collaboration with Whitlow’s owner Jon Williams recreates the Clarendon dive’s original tiki rooftop as a floating bar; “Whitlow’s on Water has taken the [Potomac] by storm,” says Sea Suite’s Jack Walten.
