The Breakfast Republic Boom Continues in Mission Valley and Irvine - Eater San Diego
"A Breakfast Republic for every neighborhood might not be such a far off prospect. Multiplying at an astonishingly quick pace since first launching in 2015, there are now seven locations and counting. The most recent outpost launched last month in Pacific Beach while the next is due in Carlsbad this summer. Next up for the independently-owned morning eats brand is Mission Valley. Scheduled to open this fall, Breakfast Republic will replace the Panda Express in the Park Valley Center complex across from Westfield Mission Valley. 2018 will also mark Rise & Shine Restaurant Group’s first out-of-town opening.
