"Founded as a pop-up in early 2020 by chef Robert Lee (who previously worked in San Sebastian, New York City, and Los Angeles), the shop opened its first permanent Citizen Public Market location in 2023. It specializes in Xi’an-style biang-biang mian, with a signature tingly cumin lamb noodle tossed in chile oil, and has since expanded the menu to include Xi’an tomato noodles and Szechuan garlic noodles.
