"Rosa Mexicano, the chain of Mexican restaurants founded in 1984 that made a name for itself from its table-side guacamole service, has opened its latest location in Manhattan. At this new location the kitchen is helmed by chef Judy Cooper. The bi-level restaurant can hold 140 seats.
