"Arriving in Central City, the new brewery and taproom officially debuts tomorrow, November 23 at 1401 Baronne Street with eight beers on tap, three eye-catching, edgily-designed cans, and a few food pop-ups. The taproom leans more speakeasy than warehouse in atmosphere, and is opened by Quinby Chunn (founder of Mississippi’s Southern Prohibition Brewing) and Bobby Bendily (most recently with Other Half Brewing in New York). It is open Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 3 to 10 p.m., Friday until 11 p.m., and Saturday and Sunday from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m." - Clair Lorell
