"This Downtown Arlington restaurant has a menu inspired by Hispanic dishes, like mussels with chorizo, gambas al aijillo, lomo saltado (a Peruvian stir-fry), and a whole section of the menu devoted to empanadas. Don’t let its exterior deceive you — it is just a tin shack from that view, but inside, it is a brasserie with bright green walls, contemporary furniture, and a tin ceiling that hangs low over the bar.
