Best New Bakeries in NYC Right Now | Eater NY

"Smør got its start in the East Village, opening a Scandinavian all-day cafe and later bakery. Last year, it expanded with a spin-off in Brooklyn’s Clinton Hill. The airy space features a bakery counter stuffed with savory scones, banana bread, hot dog buns, and more. Before 10 a.m. you can sit yourself; afterwards, there’s table service, where you can also order a full breakfast or lunch. The space flips into a dinner spot at night." - Emma Orlow
