"A popular Indonesian street-food operator is moving into a prime central London restaurant estate this February, taking over the Michelin-starred Ikoyi’s former site in St. James’s Market. Named for a vast natural lake in Sumatra that occupies a volcanic caldera, the new restaurant will expand on the repertoire of the founder's stall—bringing beef rendang, satay and myriad fried snacks—benefiting from a significantly larger site and enhanced kitchen resources.
