"A second location of Chook Charcoal Chicken, the South Pearl Street fast-casual rotisserie chicken restaurant from Fruition and Mercantile owner Alex Seidel, is coming this fall to 4340 E. 8th Ave. in the Hale neighborhood. Chook Charcoal Chicken began selling grilled quarter, half and whole rotisserie chickens along with charcoal broccoli, mashed potatoes and gravy, Pacific dinner rolls and other sides last December. Seidel also told the Post he is hoping to continue to expand Chook’s and, by doing so, support a range of free-range chicken farms in Colorado." - Paul Albani-Burgio
