"The mega-popular New York food market that launched in 2011 in Brooklyn and has since expanded to additional NYC locations and a market in Los Angeles is behind the new club-setting activation. Now entering its 15th season, the market says this is its first time bringing a permanent vendor rotation into a nightclub-style space, with a late-night service model and a vendor-rotation plan intended to refresh offerings multiple times over the year.
