"Four Winters is a London-based ice cream shop that creates custom flavors by transforming fresh ingredients into a liquid nitrogen scoop. The company made its name by making custom order ice cream from -196 degree liquid nitrogen, where fresh ingredients are flash frozen into a liquid base. The flavors plans are simple: Four Winters uses the seasons of the year for inspiration. Founded in 2014, Four Winters opened its first London shop in 2016 with chairman Omar Alkhawaja and CEO Zeid Zabian at the helm.
