I expect a restaurant whose design (by Lucky Belly Group and CAMDI Design) uses black-and-white damier flooring, verdant corners and furniture evoking French colonial Vietnamese mansions, with an unfettered view of Old Montreal and cocktails by Kevin Demers and Sam Kirk; the terrace’s capacity is more than double that of the ground-floor restaurant.
