Charming Southern Newcomer The Shelby Drops Signage on West Third St. - Eater LA
"The Shelby is a new Southern dining destination situated on West Third Street in Los Angeles. It is the former Sushi Roku space and is positioned near the Beverly Center. The venue is owned by Chad England, who aims to create a place for Southern dining and late-night drinks. Chef Sascha Lyon, known for his work at Commerson and Employees Only, will be crafting a small menu of Southern classics. The bar will be managed by Josh Goldman and the Soigné Group.
