"If you get one thing off of Keys’ classic diner-style breakfast menu, make it the chocolate chip banana pancakes. These cakes have the slightest hint of sugar in the batter, which allows the mellow sweetness of the banana slices to shine through — not to mention the chocolate chips, which take on delicious, toffee-like char when they hit the griddle.
