"Owned by respected roaster Andrew Barnett, this new Mission District cafe—taking over the former Nopalito window next to Bi‑Rite Creamery just steps from Dolores Park—occupies an 800-square-foot space (about 2½ times the original shop) with indoor seating and a buildout by designer Alan Sklansky. It will offer blended drinks, delicate pour-over service, and a nostalgic “bean bar” modeled on old San Francisco bean-scooping counters, plus pastries and baked goods from Dynamo Donuts and Neighbor Bakehouse. New offerings include the company’s A4 espresso blend, available by pour-over and espresso only, while the overall operation emphasizes roasting as its core mission and a B Corp commitment to working with organic, biodynamic coffee producers.
