"A cocktail bar and dim sum spot opening in Central Square this May from industry veterans, led by Brian Callahan (alum of Tiger Mama, Orfano, and Row 34) and Zimu Chen (formerly of Eastern Standard and Coje Group spots), occupying the former home of Chinese American mainstay Mary Chung.
