Prinsen worked in the specialty coffee world for years, from judging barista competitions to managing cafes; now that she has her own brand, she consistently changes the cafe’s roasts to highlight her current favorites. Here you will find coffee from Proud Mary and Heart, with rotating guest roasters such as Sey or Camber.
