Start with an edible Seder plate featuring charoset, tabouleh, beet salad, egg salad, and matzo, followed by matzo ball soup, chopped liver and braised brisket, with side dishes including charred carrots with pomegranate honey glaze and potato pancakes with apple sauce and sour cream.
