"The Malaysian restaurant opens on June 14 with a menu unique to Charleston. Chef James Wozniuk emphasized to Eater that he wants Makan’s South Carolina location to feature more local seafood. The ikan asam pedas, a Malaysian hot and sour fish curry, is a must-try if you like spice.
