Mediterranean Quick-Serve Spot Cava Is Heading to Rittenhouse Square | Eater Philly

"Right next door at 1713 Chestnut, Cava — a Washington, D.C.-based chain — will be a build-your-own Mediterranean spot where you choose a base of salad, grains, or pita and add proteins, veggies, and spreads; the Rittenhouse location will seat 29 diners, operate 10:45 a.m. to 10 p.m., and plans to start serving early next year. There will also be a larger Cava in Ardmore’s Suburban Square targeting summer 2019, and look for an announcement of a day of freebies ahead of the opening." - Rachel Vigoda
