Israeli Slider Chain Burgerim Lands in Austin - Eater Austin

"Global burger chain Burgerim, known for its customizable sliders, is opening its first Austin location. It’ll be found at 51 Rainey Street sometime this year. The menu features patties that are 2.8 ounces of various meats from dry-aged beef, wagyu, merguez, lamb, turkey, salmon, to falafel. Then there are various toppings from sauteed mushrooms, cheese like Swiss and bleu, avocados, fried eggs, and more. Buns come in the signature one or whole wheat, with a gluten-free version to come. The sliders come in singles, or boxes of two, three, or 16. There are fries and drinks including soda, beer, and milkshakes. It will include takeout and delivery options. According to a rep, Burgerim decided to expand to Austin because “it is a great area full of energy.” Rainey is “very historic, and we want to become a part of that history.” Managing the Austin location is Kevin Stockwell. The Austin Burgerim will be found within the SkyHouse apartment complex, which includes Emmer & Rye, Salvation Pizza, and Royal Blue Grocery. Burgerim made its debut in 2008 out in Israel.
