"After a San Diego County Superior Court judge ruled that two local strip clubs could remain open despite the regional stay-at-home order, Pacers was permitted to continue operating under Judge Joel Wohlfeil’s injunction, which he wrote extends to “San Diego County businesses with restaurant service.” Pacers had been sent a cease-and-desist letter from California Attorney General Xavier Becerra for continuing to operate after the county-wide order took effect in early December.
