"A four-location gas station–convenience store in Austin’s Crestview neighborhood that became known as a serious wine shop by layering natural and organic wines onto an evolving craft-beer program. Manager Sam Rozani began ordering small quantities and opening bottles to taste so he could guide customers toward niche producers (for example, Broc Cellars and Bichi), cultivating a clientele that comes in expecting discovery and recommendations.
