"A compact pan-Asian eatery inside the Palms resort with seating for about 34 and an entrance open to the casino floor. Overseen by executive chef Francis Mo (whose Strip résumé includes Tao Asian Bistro, Rice & Co., Andrea’s and Yellowtail), the kitchen draws on Mandarin, Cantonese, Sichuan, Japanese, Korean and Thai influences to offer everything from affordable small plates to indulgent mains such as X.O. Maine lobster. Early favorites and buzzworthy items include beef cheek and crispy chicken bao, jellyfish, dan dan mien, X.O. shrimp udon, playful fusions like ramen mac‑and‑cheese and udon carbonara, and the much-talked-about Nutella honey toast for dessert. The casual, art-forward dining room features two murals by Taiwanese‑American artist James Jean; the concept replaces the resort’s former more formal Chinese restaurants and is positioned to complement the nearby multi‑million dollar A.Y.C.E. buffet upgrade. Open daily 11 a.m.–11 p.m., closing later (midnight) on Friday and Saturday." - Bradley Martin
