The menu features mezze like cacik, a Turkish yogurt dip made with cucumbers, mint, and dill; and pacanga borek, a pastry filled with pastirma (a Turkish cured beef) and kashkaval cheese served alongside a spicy grape leaf version of zhug (a hot sauce) and warm, comforting eggplant yogurt dip.
