Tilt Is Opening a Skate-Park-Themed Burger Bar by the Burnside Bridge - Eater Portland
"Tilt is opening its third location on the east side next to the Burnside Skatepark. The bar will be a giant concrete pipe in an industrial-style space, inspired by the skate park. The space features custom-fabricated tables and barstools, new lights, and seating for more than 140 inside and an additional 35 to 40 on the outside patio. The menu will include more versions of its fried chicken burger ‘freebird’ and many of the restaurant’s same sandwiches with toppings like grilled pineapple, pastrami, and jalapeno slaw.
