"I queued with roughly 50 other patrons near Elmhurst Hospital at 6 p.m. to get drippy, saucy Tijuana-style tacos that sell for $3 apiece; after about 20 minutes I crouched on the sidewalk and dunked beef fat–griddled corn tortillas stuffed with chile-braised, fall-apart beef into a spicy, cilantro-studded consomé — the flavors (earthy corn, sweet onions, fragrant cilantro, and spicy beef) are crystal clear, and if you have a few extra dollars you should buy a cup of the consomé for dunking and sipping." - Ryan Sutton
