"Pok Pok Noi, initially serving a small menu of classics in Northeast Portland, will transition into a Pok Pok Wing location. The restaurant, which opened eight years ago, served dishes like Vietnamese wings, kai yaang, and khao soi. Pok Pok Wing's new location will focus on Vietnamese fish sauce wings, mantou steamed bun sandwiches, and various Thai-Chinese dishes. The menu will change significantly, and the bar menu will be adjusted to include tap beers, bottled beers, and Som cordials.
