"Touted as a new destination for Vietnam’s favorite sandwich, this spot at Sylvan Thirty in West Dallas occupies a 1,440-square-foot, “French-industrial” space designed by Coeval Studio that seats 50 diners and includes an enclosed, weather-protected patio for outdoor eating. Bánh mì is the star: toasted baguettes are stuffed with proteins such as Vietnamese-style duck confit, coconut curry brisket, five-spice brisket, and more, layered with traditional pickled vegetables, cilantro, and jalapeños; vegan proteins include buffalo “un-chicken” and jackfruit “crab cakes.” The menu also features red curry mac and cheese, french fries, and soft-serve ice cream in Vietnamese iced coffee and matcha flavors. Bánh Mì Station is now open at Sylvan Thirty from 10:45 a.m. to 8 p.m. Sunday and Monday and 10:45 a.m. to 9 p.m. Tuesday through Saturday." - Amy McCarthy
