"Austin’s, a new cocktail bar and restaurant, will open on July 20 in the wellness community Serenbe. Inspired by the bars and lounges of 1920s Paris and London, it aims to offer a decadent experience with a focus on seasonal dishes and farm-to-table mixology. The menu includes oysters, caviar, snapper with burnt scallion, and a sous vide short rib. Co-chefs Tyler Braun and Jesse Sherwood lead the kitchen, while beverage director Cedar Meyers crafts unique cocktails using botanicals from local farms.
