"New York is attempting to honor Texas food with a new food hall called the Hill Country Food Park. The food hall is meant to take its inspiration from 'the original Austin food truck movement of the 1990s.' The six stalls will serve up breakfast tacos, Hill Country barbecue, Hill Country fried chicken, tacos, and other foods.
