"Saloniki is a Greek fast-casual restaurant from James Beard Award-winning chef Jody Adams. The menu features a classic tomato and white bean soup, an 'old-world village salad' with olives, cucumbers, onions, tomatoes, and feta, a grilled haloumi appetizer, zucchini-feta fritters, tender lamb meatballs, a pork shoulder pita with spicy whipped feta, and Greek doughnuts.
