"Chefs Lisa Carlson and Carrie Summer launched Chef Shack as one of the Twin Cities’ very first food trucks back in 2007 — they parlayed their success into a Minneapolis restaurant before relocating to Wisconsin in 2019, where they recently earned a semifinalist nod from the James Beard Foundation.
