"Originally launched on South Broadway, this popular Asian street-food concept was relocated by Chef Lon Symensma to the SugarCube Building at 1555 Blake Street and reopened on January 28, 2019 to be closer to the chef’s sister restaurants. The new downtown space, designed by Urban Villages, Semple Brown, and HIVE Construction, combines quick-service lunches with full-service dinners under Executive Chef Jeff Stoneking, offering indoor seating and a patio for warmer weather.
