Pizza Shop occupies a 2,300-square-foot space with an outdoor patio and opens daily at 11 a.m. I found it serves New York-style, thin-crust pies in two sizes with house specialties like the Bianco—topped with bechamel, cheese, garlic confit, and herbs—and the spicy Mr. Hop Fu! Pie layered with three cheeses, pepperoni, pickled jalapeños, Calabrian chilies, and hot honey.
