"Sushi Roku, a Japanese restaurant chain based in Los Angeles, is opening its first Texas location in downtown Austin. The menu includes new-school sushi and izakaya items such as sushi, nigiri, sashimi, and unique dishes like hanabi and the Waterloo Ichi roll. The restaurant also offers a variety of drinks, including sakes, Japanese beers, whiskys, wines, and cocktails. The Austin location is designed by Finn Wijatno Architects and features an indoor dine-in room, a sushi-slash-cocktail bar, and a semi-private dining area." - Nadia Chaudhury
