Big restaurant bar openings fall 2018 - Eater Vegas
"Chef Michael Symon brings Mabel’s BBQ, an outpost of his downtown Cleveland restaurant, to the Palms with an outdoor patio as well as a variety of new barbecue dishes exclusive to and inspired by Las Vegas. Some of those novelties include sandwiches and tacos made with Symon’s smoked meat. Beyond barbecue, diners will be able to make their way through a disguised door at the back of the restaurant into a speakeasy with a tableside Caesar salad, large raw bar selection, smoked prime rib for two, and a classic bananas Foster flambeéd table side." - Susan Stapleton
