"Founders Coffee expanded to St. Rose Parkway in Henderson with Red Eye, Dark Roast Cold Brew and Founders Blend classic flavors, along with lattes in lavender white chocolate and rose tea renditions and blended frappes such as the almond butter and jelly and matcha monster. This location features a drive-thru, takeout, and delivery at Saint Rose Parkway and Amigo Street. The all-day food menu offers toasts such as the avocado with sun-dried tomato, chive, and garlic aioli and deluxe lox toast with smoked lox, smoked lox cream cheese, red onion, chopped boiled egg, capers, and chives. Diners can also order sandwiches and waffles including the breakfast waffle with egg, bacon, cheese, and maple butter; quiches; and breakfast bowls including Founders’ vegan overnight oats with chia seed, coconut, coconut milk, vanilla, and blueberries.
